How the journal helps

- Watch the symptom-free window. For curable conditions, some insurers (like Fetch) stop treating them as pre-existing after 12 months symptom-free. The counter shows where you stand.
- Keep track of spending. Log each bill and the journal totals it, so you can see the real cost of care and weigh it against insurance vs. a savings account.
