So tell us plainly, like you'd ask a friend: What are you worried about, and what are you trying to figure out? A confusing exclusion, a vet bill you didn't see coming, whether a plan is worth it for your breed, how the pre-existing rules really work — whatever it is, send it over. We read every message, and we'll do our best to find the answer and bring it to you. Some questions get complicated and we can't promise we'll have every answer — but we'll genuinely try (and if it's a good question, it often becomes a guide that helps the next person too).
